As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated and personable Sales Associate to join our team and help customers find the perfect spa for their needs. Job Responsibilities: Engage with customers in the showroom, understanding their needs and guiding them to the best hot tub or swim spa solution. Educate customers on product features, benefits, and financing options. Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers through follow-ups and excellent service. Meet and exceed sales goals through proactive engagement and customer satisfaction. Assist in maintaining showroom appearance and organization. Participate in local events and promotions to generate leads and increase sales opportunities. Process transactions, financing applications, and documentation accurately. Qualifications: Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset. Ability to learn product details and confidently educate customers. Comfortable using basic computer systems and CRM tools. Availability to work weekends and some holidays.
