Finance Department / Office Assistant

Job Description Job Description GoFast Solutions is a rapidly growing Wholesale Distribution company, specializing in Mobile Electronics and Performance and Safety Parts. We are seeking a talented Finance Department Associate who will be responsible for assisting our customer base as well as our finance, sales and administrative teams with tasks relating to the purchasing and sale of tangible goods. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Complete daily data entry in multiple applications as directed in an accurate and timely manner. Set up and maintain Financial Department files. The processing and handling of customer pickup orders. Assisting customers with account related questions and needs. Handling overflow inbound sales calls and re-directing to sales staff. Assisting sales department with sales orders REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS: Detail oriented with excellent data entry skills. Understand and capable of learning how to work with QuickBooks Desktop & Microsoft Excel Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment. Ability to act as a team player and remain flexible and adaptable. Self-motivated; able to effectively prioritize tasks and organize workload to solve problems This is a part-time hourly position, Mondays-Fridays 1:00pm-5:30pm in our Middletown, CT office location.
