Job Description Job Description We are seeking 4-5 Business Appointment Closers in the Metro Detroit Area The Appointment Closers will meet with businesses Face to Face helping to resolve customer questions and offering telecommunication solutions that will drive company revenue. Weekly Compensation: All compensations are paid $500 plus commissions on a weekly basis. Commissions range from an additional weekly compensation of $600 to as much as $4,000 per week for experienced top performers! Additional monetary reward incentives are also provided to you on a weekly basis as you reach your sales targets and goals! As a company we will provide daily pre-scheduled appointments and you are expected to attend and close between 1-4 pre-scheduled appointments per day. You will also have access to over 100,000 leads in our CRM that you are able to prospect daily and add additional income to your weekly compensation. Average annual Compensation amount is $65,000 plus. Your Responsibilities would include: Manage customer accounts daily To present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers. To prospect and contact potential new customers To reach agreed upon sales targets by agreed deadline. To resolve customer inquiries To update your daily activity in our CRM in live time To set follow-up appointments and keep customers aware of the latest developments. To create sales materials & products to present to customers. ​ Qualifications: Must live in the Metro Detroit Area Must have previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields. Familiarity with CRM platforms Ability to build rapport with clients. Strong negotiation skills Deadline and detail-oriented Reliable Transportation Ability to work independently. Ambition to grow! Must be able to prepare an accurate and organized lead/funnel report on prospecting/sales activities. (This form will be provided to you from A&S Telecom Consulting.) Job Description: You will be responsible for attending pre-scheduled appointments with new & existing business customers offering our products and solutions that will help manage their business phone and internet account. You will help to problem solve and assist the customers with their accounts for a more innovative and cost-effective solution. · Hours: Monday through Friday - 8am - 4pm Requirements: Must have reliable transportation, a phone, and a computer with Microsoft Office downloaded to the device. Must close 1-4 qualified A&S sales per day. You are welcome to exceed the requirement to receive additional reward incentives. Sales Experience *at least 6 verifiable months Excellent Communication Skills Proficient Computer Skills/Email/Microsoft Office/Excel Must be Self- Motivated and able to work Independently.
