Job Description Job Description You will be the welcoming face and voice of the clinic, handling client interactions (in-person and phone), scheduling, check-in/out, providing information, managing payments, and addressing concerns with empathy. Other administrative tasksmay include record management, data entry, form preparation, managing correspondence, and inventory. Additionally, you will provide clinic support by assisting veterinary staff, triaging calls, understanding basic veterinary terms, and maintaining a clean environment. Key skills include excellent communication, customer service, organization, computer literacy, attention to detail, problem-solving, teamwork, and compassion for animals.
