Job Description Job Description ADICA Trucking LLC is seeking experienced OTR flatbed drivers to join our team. Compensation & Benefits: Pay: 25% of gross revenue Salary: Starting at $72,000-$110,000 Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) and Paid Holidays Tuition Reimbursement Uniforms and Steel-Toed Boots provided Safety Supplies and access to the Corporate Gym and wellness programs Mentor Driver Support Responsibilities: Haul steel rods, bars, and slinky coils on flatbeds with tarps. Operate within a 600-mile radius of Taylor, MI. Use E-Logs (Samsara), cellphone/tablet based. Provide professional customer service and ensure load safety. Qualifications: Class A CDL with at least 2 years of verifiable tractor-trailer experience or Military MOS equivalent. Clean driving record (No DUI, OUI, or reckless driving convictions). Work history and employment verification for the past 5 years. Must be professional, customer service-oriented, and willing to haul various commodities.
