Job Description Job Description We are seeking a Pawnbroker/ Sales Associate to join our team. We are looking for a full time employee but part time may be an option. You must be have excellent customer service skills. You must be detail oriented, hardworking, responsible and follow all pawnbroking rules and regulations. You must be dependable, have reliable transportation and be able to pass a full background check. We are looking for someone that is trustworthy and is willing to learn. Responsibilities: Sell merchandise Welcome customers into the store and identify their needs Explain products and services to customers Be able to put a value to customers items and write up pawn loans Enter and process customer orders Investigate and resolve customer complaints Light cleaning and paperwork Qualifications: Previous experience in jewelry sales is preferred but not required Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Ability to build rapport with customers Excellent verbal communication skills Strong negotiation skills Reliable and Trustworthy Company Description We are a full service Pawnbroker that has been in the same location for over 75 years. We start our new hires with a competitive wage with the opportunity to earn commision after 90 days. We are a full service Jewelry store that offers new and used jewelry as well as jewelry repair services. We are also a fully licensed firearm shop, and we sell used tools and electronics. No day here is ever boring and our employees must be able to think on their feet. The owners have over 50 years of experience and are always available to help and train new team members.
