Uniform Sales Associate

Job Description Job Description Opportunity Stanislaus is helping Crescent Supply recruit a Uniform Sales Associate for their Modesto location. Job Duties: Consistently demonstrate excellent customer service and professionalism Meet and exceed all departmental and individual sales and service goals. Daily merchandising, stocking, signage, and maintenance of assigned areas In-depth knowledge of product and customer basis within specifically assigned area Maintain a friendly, helpful, and productive attitude with all associates and customers Communicate and share essential information with other associates and management Follow the store and departmental policies and procedures Consistently maintain and upgrade knowledge and skill level Assist in all areas of the store as directed by management Specific Assigned Areas Assigned Vendor Areas - Inventory Duty wall - Primary Bags and Packs – Back Up First Tactical Somar – Posse Boxes Misc-Including Uniform Warehouse, Elbeco, Condor, VF Balcony 3 (Back Side over dressing rooms) Assigned Duties: Waiting Rack – Back Up Check weekly for the status of items located here. Process if possible and check the status of pending issues. Items should only be on the waiting rack for short periods. Completed Rack – Back Up Daily you will be responsible for checking over completed packages, updating the log, and notifying customers. Quality control is a critical step for customer satisfaction. Issues will be brought to Carlin if it is tailoring and to Donna if it is paperwork issues. At the end of each month a check over the completed alterations rack is necessary. You will make a notated second call to customers reminding them to please pick up. The following month, a third call is made and they will be given a specific notated date to pick up and return to stock after that date. For any returned-to-stock items, paperwork is in the drawer in the special order room. Assigned Departments: Security Maintaining communication with departments and understanding and taking a proactive approach to meeting departmental needs. Communicating with other associates about any changes, requests, procedures, etc. Communicating with the inventory manager regarding specs, order points, inventory needs, etc… Maintaining an appropriate amount of patches on hand.
