Job Description Job Description Kelly is hiring an Associate Customer Service Representative at a leading firm in Marlborough, MA. Work closely across departments, expanding both your professional network and career prospects. Daily Responsibilities: Address customer inquiries and provide timely, courteous problem resolution. Monitor resolution processes and coordinate with departments to fulfill customer requirements. Participate in initiatives for continuous improvement through best practices, training, and auditing. Ideal Candidate: Holds a college degree with previous experience in customer service, particularly with SAP-R3 or similar. (REQUIRED) Exhibits excellent phone communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging diverse functional teams.
