Compensation: $20 - $25 per hour $250 monthly insurance stipend 1 week paid vacation after 6 mo., 2 weeks after 1 year. Purchase equipment at cost after 6 mo. Retirement match up to 3% Key Responsibilities: Install and configure control systems, audio, and video equipment, including speakers, projectors, microphones, and amplifiers. Program and calibrate audio-visual systems to meet client specifications. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with audio-visual equipment. Provide training and support to clients on the use of audio-visual systems. Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure successful installation and integration of audio-visual systems. Qualifications: Strong knowledge of audio and video equipment and systems. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
