New Construction Sales Professional

Job Description Job Description Acme Dock Specialists Sales Professionals work within protected territories to represent our various lines of Loading Dock, Door, and Safety products and services. Our customer base includes anyone with a warehouse or loading dock, with an emphasis on Fortune 500 manufacturers and distribution centers. This is an outside sales position which will focus on growing our new construction business. The main customers will be architects, developers, contractors, etc. You will be responsible for expanding relationships with new and existing general contractors, prospecting and securing new opportunities and introducing new products to the market. Required Experience: At Acme Dock, we sell the best, and we hire the best. Successful candidates will combine a 4-year degree with a minimum of 3 years successful outside sales experience in an industrial or commercial setting. Past experience working for or with Commercial General Contractors is a plus . In addition, our Sales Representatives must possess excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, be skilled at building productive business relationships, and have a good mechanical aptitude. Ideal candidates must have knowledge of the Omaha geographical area and surrounding territory and its customer base, be able to develop solid business plans, and be able to manage projects efficiently and proactively.
