Job Description Job Description Day Machine Systems Immediate opening for full time CNC Machine Operator (1st Shift) Day Machine Systems provides: Health care and dental options. Paid Vacation Time (P.T.O) Paid Holiday Time 401K Overtime Position Description Day Machine Systems is looking for a hard working individual with the desire to run complex manufacturing operations. Duties and Responsibilities Operators are required to: Use blueprints to ensure proper dimensions on finished parts. Including but not limited to GD&T Troubleshoot CNC malfunctions and alert proper personnel when necessary. Monitor machine requirements. Coolant levels. Lube levels. Change tooling as needed. In process inspection Utilizing Micrometers, Micro-hites, comparators, etc. Run multiple machines Follow proper ISO 9001 procedures. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Requirements Must have a High School Diploma or GED or equivalent work experience. Experience using inspection equipment such as micrometers, calipers etc. 5 years minimum experience running CNC Equipment Ability to lift up to 30 lbs when necessary. A desire to learn.
