We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist who is fluent in Spanish to join our team. This role plays a key part in supporting day-to-day HR operations, data analysis, employee relations, and process improvement initiatives. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). Experience: 2 years of experience in Human Resources or a similar field. Language: Fluency in both Spanish and English is required. Tech Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable learning new HR systems. Analytical Thinking: Ability to evaluate HR data and recommend appropriate actions. Communication: Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational and administrative skills with a focus on accuracy. Adaptability: Ability to work flexible hours as needed and manage shifting priorities effectively. Key Responsibilities: HR Policy Administration: Support and administer HR policies across various functional areas. Data Analysis: Gather, analyze, and provide insights on HR-related data to drive business decisions. Employee Support: Respond to employee inquiries on topics such as referrals, payroll changes, direct deposit, and documentation updates. Investigations & Training: Assist with employee relations investigations and contribute to training and development programs. Administrative Support: Handle tasks such as labor moves, pay changes, leave processing, and workers’ compensation documentation. Orientation & Engagement: Help coordinate onboarding/orientation and support employee engagement efforts. Process Improvement: Recommend and implement strategies to improve HR processes and site culture. Shift Flexibility: Provide occasional support for second or night shift operations when needed.
