Manufacturing / Assembly Operator

Job Description Job Description We are seeking a fulltime, assembly operator who can work independently or with a small team, while following a daily set of specific instructions needed to complete various production items. Responsibilities and Duties: Assemble various aluminum shutter structures. Adjust certain machinery to proper settings as needed for use on the production floor. Operate assorted hand tools as needed to perform workstation requirements. Manually transport raw materials to workstations as needed. Participate in periodic physical inventory cycle counts. Fulfill maintenance and/or non-assembly requests as needed. Maintain clean work areas and follow ALL safety guidelines. Qualifications: Must be able to use / read a tape measure. Must be able to read and follow specific production sheet directions. Sustain full shifts of physical workloads in a warehouse environment. Capable of lifting up to 75 lbs. Able to work respectfully with others. Flexible to work over-time if needed. Must be reliable.
