Job Description Job Description Looking for a fun fast pace environment! We are looking for some highly talented people to join our team. Our hours of operation: Monday - Saturday 6 am - 6 pm and Sundays 7 am - 6 pm. Must be able to work all various shifts on all weekdays and weekends. Must be available to training during the mornings for at least a week. Come join our fun family! BIGGBY COFFEE Virginia Beach 2422 Princess Anne Road Virginia Beach, VA 23456 Responsibilities - Utilize coffee experience to prepare and serve high-quality beverages to customers. - Operate POS system efficiently to process transactions accurately. - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. - Adhere to food safety protocols to ensure a clean and hygienic work environment. - Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow and uphold service standards. -Move and multi-task with a sense of urgency while providing customers with a consistent high quality beverage and/or food. Qualifications - Must be able to stand for long times, Kneel and stoop - Must be able to lift 20 pounds -Must enjoy talking to people - Barista experience - Coffee experience - Customer service skills - Food safety knowledge - Ability to operate POS systems - Proficiency in cash handling - Basic math skills - Previous experience in a café or food service environment - Familiarity with food preparation and handling - Sales experience is a plus Job Type: Part-time Expected hours:12 - 30 per week Benefits: 401(k) matching Employee discount Flexible schedule Paid training Shift availability: Day Shift (Required) Night Shift (Required) Work Location: In person
