We are willing to train the right person, but would hope that you have the appropriate skills in regard to customer service. Requirements: Deliver exceptional customer service through customer interaction Learn our products and services including shipping, printing, mailboxes Utilize all equipment safely Process transactions and help with taking payments Receive, sort and place mail in mailbox modules accurately Assist with the customer's shipping needs and offer appropriate solutions Keep the store clean and presentable Bilingual Spanish and/or Portuguese is a PLUS
