Job Description Job Description We are seeking a Clinical Back Office Supervisor to become a part of our team! You will coordinate medical and health services in a clinic organizations. Responsibilities: Oversee medical and health service activities and personnel Plan and coordinate health services Work collaboratively with physicians to implement appropriate healthcare programs Maintain a clean environment to ensure patient safety and excellent customer service Establish and enforce healthcare policies and procedures Supervise Lab results, and assist with the ordering of patients prescriptions Ensure adequate level for the back office Upkeep supplies, assist with ordering supplies Perform other duties as assigned to support Pediatrics And Adult Medicine. ​ Qualifications: Previous experience in healthcare, phlebotomy, CALL-IN PRESCRIPTION, MEDICAL ASSISTANT duties Experience in a supervisor role and strong leadership qualities Strong organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communications skills Benefits: TO BE NEGOTIATED Company Description Family Medicine Practice Company Description Family Medicine Practice
