Roofing Sales Representative

Job Description Job Description Position Overview: Join our team as a Customer Service Representative (Roofing Sales) in a 1099 position and be a key player in driving our business growth. You will build client relationships, manage projects, and contribute to our sales efforts. Your role involves receiving and running leads assigned to you by the office, generating leads of your own, communicating with clients, conducting inspections, building estimates & orders, and coordinating with our internal teams. You will receive on the job training to help you become a successful member of our team. Key Responsibilities: Day-to-Day Sales Lead generation, including door to door, cold calls, community events, mailers, referrals Communication with clients & production team via phone calls, email, and in person meetings Document and update sales process in CRM Ensure customer satisfaction, maintain strong client relationships post sale Conduct inspections of roofs and property exteriors Meet with insurance adjusters, collect scopes of work Prepare & present estimates and sales contracts Make presentations of company products and services to clients and prospects Negotiate with clients, follow up on sales activity Collect payments pre and post sale Assist with contract change orders Be available for site visits during project builds Prepare job files for submission to production, including work and material orders Attend regular sales meetings and trainings Set personal and professional goals Monitor market & industry trends to stay informed and competitive Preferred Skills: Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting targets Ability to generate referral and door-to-door leads Excellent communication skills Proficiency in using CRM software to document and update sales processes Strong customer service with experience in maintaining client relationships Capable of inspecting roofs and exteriors Effective presentation skills for promoting products and services Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail Familiarity with construction or roofing industry trends is a plus Goal-oriented with a drive for personal and professional development Self-starter mentality with a knack for persistence Company Description Kickapoo Roofing is a family owned company that was established in 2016.
