Background with software installation and software Worksite Address Center City ,Pennsylvania,United States,18974 Additional Information These roles are in direct support The techs will initially report to the every day unless otherwise scheduled to start the day at an alternate location. All techs are onboarded as Level 1 techs. Beginning phases of project will be to procure data and full inventory of environment\'s current state. This process is followed by Future State Walks to project out what will be where and how workflows will function with Epic. This will be done with Epic folks, facilities folks, SME\'s, etc. Current & Future State Walks are followed by the hands-on deployments of the hardware. There is a script that techs will follow to ensure they are deploying. This will be fast-paced and need a lot of flexibility from the techs. Following deployments the team shifts into the TDR phase (Technical Dress Rehearsal) of the project. This is where everything in the environment is fully tested to ensure it works properly with Epic. Finally, Go-Live is when Epic is fully functional in the environment and our folks will be there to support end-users during Go-Live as well as for post-Go-Live support Drug Test Required true Experience Level Entry Level External Communities Job Description Great opportunity to work on a large deployment team at one of the largest health systems in the tri-state area. Hours to start will be 8 AM - 5 PM Monday-Friday, but are subject to change throughout duration of project as needs/phases progress.
