We’re currently seeking a driven and experienced Multifamily Construction/Roofing Account Manager to join our team and help drive continued growth and project excellence. Job Summary The Account Manager will be responsible for overseeing and nurturing client relationships for multifamily construction and roofing projects. This role blends project management with sales and client services and requires experience in construction, a sharp eye for detail, and a client-first mindset. The ideal candidate has a strong background in the multifamily or commercial construction space, especially roofing, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary liaison for clients, ensuring their needs are met throughout all project phases. Project Oversight: Manage day-to-day project details including budgeting, scheduling, and coordination with both internal teams and subcontractors. Business Development: Identify opportunities for account growth and new business development in the multifamily sector. Financial Management: Monitor budgets, approve invoices, and maintain profitability while ensuring project quality and client satisfaction. Team Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, estimators, and support teams to deliver projects on time and within scope. Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve project issues to keep everything on track. Reporting: Provide regular updates to leadership on project status, financials, and client feedback. Compliance: Ensure all projects adhere to building codes, safety regulations, and company standards. Requirements Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in multifamily or commercial construction and/or roofing sales. Skills & Qualifications: Deep understanding of construction processes, project management, and client service. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proven track record in managing multiple accounts and projects. Proficiency with project management tools and software. Strong financial acumen and budget management experience. Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented. Willingness to travel locally as needed for meetings and site visits.
