Customer Service Attendant - Patient Experience

We are currently seeking a friendly, dependable, and service-oriented Customer Service Attendant to join our team. This position plays a vital role in ensuring a positive experience for patients, visitors, and staff by delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Your Schedule: Monday through Friday Part-Time, approximately 20 hrs per week Hours are 8AM to 1PM What You'll Do: As a Customer Service Attendant, you will be the first point of contact for many of our visitors and patients. Your responsibilities will include: Greeting patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner Assisting with wayfinding throughout the facility Answering questions and providing information about hospital services and locations Ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming front area Assisting with wheelchairs or other mobility aids as needed Supporting other customer service and clerical tasks as assigned What We're Looking For: The ideal candidate will be someone who enjoys helping others and thrives in a people-facing role. We're seeking individuals with the following: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Positive, helpful attitude with a strong sense of empathy Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure Basic computer and phone handling skills Prior experience in customer service or a healthcare setting is a plus, but not required Physical Demands: Stand and walk for extended periods Occasionally lift or assist with wheelchairs and light equipment Perform tasks that involve bending, reaching, and stooping Work indoors in a busy hospital environment Join Arnot Health and help us provide a warm, welcoming environment for all who walk through our doors.
