The Person Previous experience within busy reputable 1-2 AA Rosette standard restaurants as a Head Chef, as well as sound knowledge of British/European Cuisine. An inspiring leader who will mentor, develop and help to retain a close-knit team of Chefs, BOH team members and Apprentices. Sound financial awareness with experience of being accountable for P&Ls and Food Cost, as well as proficient training in Food Safety, Health & Safety and HACCP.
