Part-Time Chief Financial Officer

Part-Time Chief Financial Officer £130,000 to £150,000 East Midlands ABPM are supporting a care group at a pre-deal stage. With an established reputation for exceptional quality, delivery and customer service. The successful candidate will be seen as a key partner to the CEO and the VC investment team, playing a strategic role in direction, creation of a fit for purpose finance function and commercial opportunities and activities. Supporting the incumbent Head of Finance and finance team in the next phase of its advancement. Critique the financial and investment plans such that they are aligned with business objectives and goals. Prepare and present high-quality reporting to the Board and exec team. Develop and upgrade the business's MI to aid management decision-making, forecasting, and budgeting in the delivery of the business plan. Establish the professionalisation of the finance function, including systems upgrade / automation. Be a proactive conduit to the VC/private equity investors about the company's performance and forecasts. The CFO must be a qualified ACA / ACCA / ACMA with a background in the care sector.
