Production Manager

We are seeking an experienced Production / Operations Manager to lead manufacturing operations. You will ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety regulations are met, while managing a team to drive continuous improvement. Oversee production operations and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products. Develop production schedules and optimise efficiency. Lead and develop a team, fostering a safe and high-performance environment. Ensure quality standards are met and address any issues with the Quality Assurance team. Manage inventory, equipment, and resources to minimise waste and optimise costs. Implement lean manufacturing techniques and drive continuous improvement. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related field (preferred). Minimum 5 years experience in production/operations management, ideally in switchgear or electrical manufacturing. Proficient in production planning, inventory management, and process optimisation. Preferred Skills: Experience with ERP systems and lean manufacturing. Knowledge of electrical safety standards. Lean Six Sigma certification (desirable).
