Our client is offering a successful Residential Surveyor: £45,000 - £55,000 Basic - dependent on experience £60,000 - £75,000 OTE Bonuses Car allowance Fixed geographical area to work in Admin and Operational support including booked appointments and compliance Employee Benefits including Healthcare, employee referral scheme and subscription fees paid Professional development Working Hours: Full time Remote / work-from-home basis As a Residential Surveyor, your role will involve: Carrying out Residential Valuation Reports and Private home surveys – Level 1 and 2 Surveys Produce accurate property reports using market-leading iPad technology Meeting personal income targets to maximise productivity and profit Attend Regional meetings Requirements for Residential Surveyor role: Experience as a practising Surveyor RICS Membership VRS registered Ability to provide excellent customer service Technical expertise in Surveying Ability to work in fast paced organisation
