Overview MCS Group is excited to be partnering with a thriving and expanding company within the bakery and FMCG food sector to recruit a Business Development Manager. This role is ideal for a commercially driven sales expert with a strong background in food manufacturing, especially in bakery or related product categories. As the Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in accelerating growth across retail, wholesale, and food service sectors, contributing to the company's market expansion and customer acquisition efforts. Key Responsibilities Proactively identify and win new business across retail, wholesale, and food service channels Nurture and develop existing client relationships to drive revenue growth.
