Job description Alison Gray Recruitment are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join a well-established team in Mallusk. Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour Hours: Monday - Thursday 9am - 5pm & Friday 9am - 4pm Duties: Manage inbound and outbound calls Input customer orders Update customer information on the system Responsible for online orders/customer accounts Administration duties Generate quotes for customers Assist payroll Experience: Previous admin/customer service experience IT literate To apply, please forward your CV for consideration.
