Junior Service Engineer - Chemical Water Treatment

Title: Junior Service Engineer - Chemical Water Treatment Package: £30,000 - £40,000 Bonus Company Vehicle 10% pension Area to be covered: United Kingdom (based in the Midlands) RESPONSIBILITIES Commission, repair and ensure maintenance visits of our water treatment equipment Writing intervention reports Participate in and/or perform equipment installation and start-up Field customer service Installation works Assisting account manager to maintain existing customers Technical consulting of existing and potential customers Providing service to existing and potential customers Identification of revenue potentials by transferring to Account Manager REQUIREMENTS: Must be at the beginning of their career and have engineering degree or relevant experience Ideally 2 years of experience in B2B Water Treatment / Chemical Engineering and/or Process Engineering. Good knowledge and experience in cooperation with customers and operators of process chemicals and/or water treatment Degree with water experience would be advantageous but not essential Commercial experience MS Office skills Driving Licence is mandatory Strong communication skills Strong sales & service mindset Good organizational skills Open minded, flexible and creative Learning attitude and shows initiative Willingness for business travel
