Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and well-organised. Build and stock pick locations to ensure product availability. Collaborate with the Stock Department to resolve inventory issues. Suggest process improvements to boost efficiency and quality. Essential Requirements: GCSE Grade C or higher in Maths and English. Prior warehouse experience and manual dexterity. Strong communication and team-working skills. Flexibility to adapt to the night shift schedule. Desirable Requirements: NVQ Level 3 in warehousing or retail. 2-3 years of experience in a similar role. Familiarity with voice-activated picking systems.
