Technical Manager - Retail Accounts Are you an experienced technical manager within the food industry? Do you have a background in working with leading retailers to manage and grow accounts? Are you experienced in managing all technical aspects of new product launches with major retailers? MacGregor Black is partnering with a Food Manufacturing Business on the search for a Technical Accounts Manager. This is a perm role based in Watford. Key Responsibilities: Be the business representation for customer requirements during strategy meetings. Oversee all technical requirements around new product launches and retail specifications. Represent the retailer through cradle to grave projects ensuring all risks are identified. Ensure alignment in customer messaging and brand management. Manage all technical activities within the business to support the customer requirements. What are we looking for? BSc in Food Science, Technology or a related field. HACCP Level 4. Proven experience in a technical management role within a fast-paced food industry for 5 years. Strong retailer interface experience essential. Knowledge of BRC, and other food safety management systems including customer (retailer) standards. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Salary – c 70k package.
