Design Manager

Permanent design manager required in Manchester randstad are recruiting a design manager for one of our national construction clients working on department for education projects in the north-west. They have a strong reputation for delivering high quality commercial, Education & residential buildings in the UK and are looking for a design manager it work out of their busy Manchester office. With a good pipeline of work over the next few years in the north-west it is imperative they bring an additional head in before August. Benefits £60,000 - £70,000 dependant on experience 26 days annual leave Car Allowance or Company car Bonus Scheme Private Health care scheme The Role To manage the design process for new build schools with a value of up to £40 million from concept to completion, ensuring design work meets the required standard, on budget and delivered on time. Manage the design process, liaising with architects, engineers and other stakeholders within the business. Review and approve design proposals, drawings and specs.
