Contract Contact Centre Executive (Hybrid) Location : Central Manchester - You need to be able to work 1 day a week in the office Salary: £24k per annum Hours: Full-time, shifts between 7am-7pm, Monday to Friday (3 weeks of paid, full time training offered - normal office hours) Training Dates: Full Time - 27/5/25-13/6/25 Role: Handle inbound calls, provide information, book tours, and take reservations for Back-Up Care. Make outbound calls to follow up on bookings and enquiries. Educate customers on Back-Up Care policies and procedures. Maintain high customer satisfaction. Requirements: Experience in customer service or an inbound contact centre. Availability for shifts between 7am-7pm / Monday to Friday after training. Attend meetings and training in the Manchester office 1 day per week. Experience of handling high volume inbound calls. Quiet, distraction-free workspace and good internet connection.
