DSP Relocation Consultant

Our client, a highly reputable relocation service provider, is seeking a Relocation & Destination Services Consultant to join their dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced DSP relocation professional with a strong background in UK tenancy and lettings. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of coordination for Destination Services, supporting relocating employees throughout their journey. Key Responsibilities: Act as the main point of contact for coordinating end-to-end relocation and destination services. Oversee all aspects of property-related services, including home searches, tenancy management, lease negotiations, lettings, and managing third-party suppliers (inventory clerks, landlords, cleaning services, etc.). Manage a caseload of assignees, providing timely updates, guidance, and personalised support throughout the relocation process. Coordinate property check-in/check-out appointments with inventory clerks and landlords. Deliver pre-assignment briefings and assess client relocation policies as required. Prepare detailed client status reports and ensure accurate invoicing and supplier invoice approvals. Maintain strong relationships with both the relocating employee and corporate clients/HR teams. Proactively assess operational efficiency and suggest process enhancements. Ideal Candidate Profile: Proven experience in Destination Services, Relocation, or UK Property/Tenancy Management. Strong working knowledge of UK lettings regulations and tenancy procedures. Exceptional client service and communication skills. Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Bilingual abilities are an asset, though not essential.
