Facilities Assistant

Your new company Your new job role will be working for a facilities management company working on their Trafford Park site. Your new role Your new job role will be; Overseeing repairs, scheduling inspections, and ensuring the premises remain in top condition. Keeping track of supplies, ordering new stock, and ensuring equipment is functional. Assisting with key management, monitoring access, and ensuring safety protocols are followed. Arranging meeting spaces, setting up equipment, and ensuring everything is ready for use. Supporting workplace safety measures and ensuring all facilities meet regulations. Supervising cleaning schedules and waste disposal to maintain a hygienic environment. What you'll need to succeed For this role you will need; - Full UK Driving License and own vehicle - Previous experience working as a Caretaker/ Facilities Assistant What you'll get in return In return you will gain a Temp to Perm contract with a well established facilities management company.
