Your new role You will be a self-motivated individual, primarily focusing on development projects. The role involves investigating titles, acquiring sites for residential housing, and handling complex title, planning, and leasehold issues. You will manage sensitive cases, support paralegals, streamline procedures, and maintain client relationships. What you'll need to succeed The successful candidate is likely to have previous experience in the development, real estate, or generalist property profession in legal or professional services and will be able to demonstrate: Experience in property (both leasehold and freehold) Experience in development regeneration Knowledge and understanding of affordable housing products, regulations and procedures.
