Role Overview: Front of House Management : Oversee operations, greet customers, assess needs, and ensure proper direction. Team Coordination : Manage team rotas to guarantee coverage for customer greetings and call handling. Training and Systems : Train team on processes and systems, and maintain up-to-date customer details in showroom systems. Showroom Presentation : Ensure cleanliness, stock refreshment stations, and manage supply orders and purchase orders. Vehicle and Data Oversight : Update demonstrator/courtesy vehicle mileages and communicate missing customer data to relevant managers.
