Corporate PSL (Public M&A & ECM)

With one of the leading M&A practices in the world, our top tier US firm client is looking for a PSL for the London Corporate team. The new hire will work with the London Corporate M&A and Capital Markets Partners (and London Knowledge and Training Lead) to develop and to deliver on a knowledge plan for Public M&A and Equity Capital Markets. The role will suit a Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years' experience, who may be seeking a new direction for their career. UK Public M&A and Public Company experience are required for the role, and there will be flexibility to tailor the role according to the candidate's expertise. The firm has a broad sector focus, advising clients in a number of industries, including technology, fintech, pharmaceuticals, defence, telecommunications, retail and financial services.
