Responsibilities: Drive new business acquisition and manage existing accounts within the construction, civil engineering, rail, and infrastructure industries. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction. Qualifications: Proven track record in business development and account management within the construction or related industries. Strong understanding of hiring out power tools, small plant, powered access, pumps, and generators. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Day-to-Day: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through a mix of on-the-road visits and remote work. Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and presentations to potential clients.
