Purchasing Manager Location: Hybrid (Office/WFH) Salary: £45,000 / €55,000 bonus (negotiable based on experience) About the Role: Noel Group are seeking a proactive and commercially driven Purchasing Manager to lead the Procurement for one of our client's based in Louth. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will play a pivotal role in managing supplier partnerships, developing purchasing strategies, and supporting business growth. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the Procurement operations across the business. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts, pricing, and delivery schedules. Identify new product opportunities and implement innovative sourcing strategies. Attend industry trade shows to ensure our product offering remains competitive and aligned with customer needs. Oversee inventory management, ensuring quality standards and stock requirements are consistently met. Prepare accurate cost estimates and manage budgets effectively. Drive improvements in procurement processes and systems to enhance operational efficiency. Key Requirements: A qualification in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field. Proven experience in procurement, preferably within retail, distribution, or a fast-paced environment. Strong commercial and financial acumen with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. A solutions-focused, agile mindset with excellent project management skills. Exceptional communication skills and a strong ability to engage and influence stakeholders across the business. Solid systems experience is essential; Sage experience is highly desirable. CIPS qualifications would be an advantage.
