Job Description

I am looking for a driven & motivated Sales Executive to join the World's largest manufacturer of quality residential greenhouses / Orangeries for private consumers. The Ideal candidate would have background experience selling into the Garden market, in addition to being a hunter who can open up new business opportunities across new markets in the Hotel & Spa, garden design, & landscaping industries. The Role: You will be working as part of the UK sales team to help support and grow key existing accounts, in addition to identifying New Business opportunities, growing a strong new sales pipeline and supporting the entry into a new target market area of Hotels & Spa's. As a business, they sell across 3 brands, in addition to Online E-commerce activity & B2B business into Garden centres and garden Building retailers, & are looking for a Hunter-style Sales Specialist to support the maximisation of sales across all brands. Responsibilities: New Business Development - Identifying new opportunities with new Target markets such as Hotels & Spa', Garden Design & landscaping Account Management - Be able to manage & grow current B2B accounts such as Garden Centres, retail spaces etc KPI's - Work towards agreed Sales KPI's across all brands Sales Pipeline - Work to your initiative on creating and growing your sales pipeline Admin - Support the team with Sales administration tasks Events - Attend relative Industry events as and when required Collaboration - Working closely with the Head of Sales, communicating progress & new ideas, in addition to communicating effectively with the wider support team Competitor Analysis - Ensure you are up to speed with your competition and what they are doing in the market Partnerships - Represent the brand in a positive manner by building strong relationships with internal & external partners Forward-thinking - Align with the sales strategy of the business, identify new routes to market What we are looking for: A motivated individual who is driven to succeed Likeable personality with a positive mindset and can-do attitude Natural Curiosity for new trends & products Organised with great time management Innovative & Creative mindset with the ability to influence others Honest, confident, trustworthy Excellent communication skills Hunter Sales style Experience in proactively growing sales & opening new accounts 2 Years of sales experience UK Driving Licence What's in it for you: Salary of £35K - £38K DOE Bonus Car allowance Hybrid Role between time in the Field & the office Pension Early finish on a Friday If you feel you have the skills & experience for this opportunity please do apply and we can discuss further.
