Interim Estates Surveyor - North Devon

Your new company As an experienced Estates Surveyor, you will join a local authority who are committed to delivering high-quality services within the community. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Interim Estates Surveyor to join a dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the management and development of a diverse property portfolio. Your new role As an Interim Estates Surveyor, you will be responsible for providing professional estate management services across a North Devon-based portfolio. This will include undertaking rent reviews and lease renewals as well as instructing valuations. You will use your expertise to lead on property-related matters, including witin planning, and development where applicable. What you'll need to succeed In order to succeed, you will need to demonstrate a track record in the successful delivery of landlord & tenant work, managing lease renewals, rent reviews, and property transactions. A degree in estate management, or a similar field, would also be preferred. What you'll get in return Flexible working options are available in this role, allowing you to work from home for the majority of the week, with a presence in North Devon for 1 / 2 days per week. A competitive hourly or daily rate is available for this role, calculated based on level of experience and qualifications.
