Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Peterhead for a Customer Service Executive. The Customer Service Executive will manage customer inquiries, support customer satisfaction initiatives, and ensure efficient service delivery. Responsibilities include handling customer queries, providing support & order updates via multiple channels including phone calls, managing customer service processes, and maintaining records of customer interactions. The role demands a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service experiences. Qualifications Customer Service and Customer Support skills Interpersonal Skills and Customer Satisfaction management Proficiency in Customer Service Management Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work independently and as part of a team Problem-solving skills and attention to detail Previous experience in a similar role is a plus High School Diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications relevant to customer service are advantageous
