We’re working with Easy Live Auction , a market leader in online bidding and auction management software, to find a Customer Support Specialist to join their friendly and dynamic team in Eastbourne. What You’ll Be Doing: Providing excellent client support via phone, email, and remote tools. Training clients on how to use the Easy Live Auction platform and services. Monitoring systems and services in real-time. Continuously prioritising tasks in a fast-paced, reactive environment. Participating in ongoing training and development to build your system knowledge. Working shifts on a rota basis, including occasional weekend coverage. ✅ What We’re Looking For: 2 years of experience in a customer service or support role. Strong attention to detail and a proactive, investigative mindset. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Confident using technology and software (including Microsoft Office).
