Key Responsibilities and Day to Day: Produce development solutions to support clients' design and technical intent. Collaborate with departments such as Planning, Workshop, Prototype, and Pre-production to align development activities with sales forecasts, demand planning, and budgetary constraints. Develop cost-effective solutions for in-house or outsourced manufacture. Conduct site surveys as required. Maintain professionalism, honesty, and respect at all times. Implement company procedures and policies to ensure compliance. Communicate any problems or obstacles to your line manager for effective management and work together to create a solution. The Person: Proven experience in a similar industry (temporary and permanent displays, promotional stands, point of sale, product launch stands, etc.). Strong knowledge of SolidWorks. High attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively. Target-driven with the ability to work independently and efficiently. Proficient in IT (MS Office and in-house systems - with training). Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain productive relationships with internal colleagues and external customers. Methodical and precise with the ability to maintain accurate record systems and report accordingly. Good numeracy skills. Excellent English language skills, both colloquial and technical.
