They are seeking a commercially-minded Data Scientist with 1–2 years of experience. This role is ideal for someone looking to apply their technical and analytical skills to real-world business challenges, working alongside AI Engineers and Product Teams to deliver scalable, cloud-based AI/ML solutions. Key Responsibilities Build and optimise machine learning models for personalisation, pricing, predictive analytics, and customer engagement. Ensure models are scalable and repeatable across multiple clients. Work with structured and unstructured data, performing EDA and feature engineering. Deploy models in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Apply statistical and mathematical methods to solve commercial problems. Collaborate with engineers to enhance performance, efficiency, and deployment pipelines. Stay current with AI/ML innovations and experiment with new approaches. What They’re Looking For 1–2 years of experience in a Data Science, ML, or AI role. A first-class STEM degree (Maths, Stats, Computer Science, Engineering, etc.) from a top university. Strong foundation in statistics, probability, and applied mathematics. Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn). Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for data processing or model deployment. Familiarity with SQL and relational databases. Exposure to ML engineering concepts such as model automation and scaling. Excellent communication skills and ability to translate data insights into business impact.
