Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to effectively manage allocated projects, particularly within the aviation sector. Working as part of the project team, this role involves taking full ownership of projects from start to finish, including design, estimating, site surveys, project management, forecasting, invoicing, and completion documentation. All work must adhere to the company’s high standards for quality and customer service in Fire Detection, PA/VA, and Security systems. Principal Responsibilities Oversee all project/contract activities and develop strategies to maximise profitability and ensure successful delivery. Manage the commercial aspects of allocated projects and participate in commercial reviews as required. Plan commissioning engineers for project requirements. Identify resource shortfalls and recommend adjustments to achieve project goals and add value to contracts. Represent the company and uphold its core values and behaviours both internally and externally. Skills and Knowledge Proven experience producing designs for fire and security installations. Comprehensive knowledge of fire and security products and the market. Solid project management expertise. Strong communication skills, capable of interacting professionally with customers, end-users, construction teams, and colleagues. Ability to prioritise workloads and projects to meet deadlines.
