I am looking for an excellent E-commerce Manager to join a leading global supplier of quality residential greenhouses. The ideal candidate will be someone who has a commercial mindset and is driven by Technical Knowledge and data insight into the Market. You will be able to spot and react to changes in the market as and when they happen to ensure the business continues to grow. Responsibilities Collaborate with other departments such as sales and marketing to integrate campaigns & offerings to continue to improve the online customer experience The running of the online shop, which consists of 3 websites Management of the online shop based on customer behaviour Monitor website traffic to gain an idea of consumer responses to site updates, new product introductions etc Experience in the D2C retail, with the customer's experience at the heart of what you do Optimising SEO to ensure the websites remain high in relevant searches & attract more visits Develop, implement & execute a successful E-commerce strategy to align with business goals Qualifications Ability to identify key market opportunities based on the data available Ability to make key business decisions and act upon these to achieve business goals Technical knowledge within the industry Commercially minded Ability to challenge the Status Quo and make changes when needed to suit the business An engaging, outgoing team player but able to work to your own autonomy Honest, confident and trustworthy individual Excellent Time management & Organisational skill.
