CNC Miller – Afternoon Shift Salary: £43,000 - £47,000 Location: Newport Pagnell, Bucks Hours: Monday to Friday (Monday to Thursday 2pm – 10pm & Friday 1pm – 8pm) Start Date: ASAP Type: Permanent, Full-Time Syntech Recruitment are currently working with an precision engineering company based in Newport Pagnell that specialises in manufacturing high-precision CNC milled and turned components from solid and cast materials in a wide range of metals and plastics. CNC Miller Requirements: Experience as a Setter/Operator across a range of 3 and 5-axis CNC machine centres , ideally within a fast-paced precision engineering and prototype environment. Strong working knowledge of Heidenhain, Hurco, or Mazatrol controls . Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and perform in-process dimensional and visual checks using appropriate measurement equipment. Experience in machining a variety of metals and plastics . Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide clear and concise feedback to operators and engineers.
