Construction Planner – Devon RGB Recruitment is excited to announce a new opportunity for a Construction Planner to join a tier one principal contractor on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the program of works projects at tender, PCSA and delivery stages of projects that can range from £5m to past £50m. This position will include the following responsibilities: Creating, maintaining and reviewing a programme of work Production & monitoring of tender event schedule / procurement schedule Producing site logistics, scaffold schedules, temporary power & water requirements, temporary work schedules Developing information for tender settlements including benchmarking Liaising with sub-contractors Attending regular site visits Independently assess progress against programmes and report findings Assist with the PM report and populate the planning and controls sections Develop the programme and associated documents in line with the form of contract Requirements: Use of Asta Power Project Able to use Bluebeam (or similar) for take off's, logistic plans etc You have strong knowledge of JCT & NEC contract conditions and how this affects planning If you are an experienced Construction Planner, previously worked on large value commercial schemes, have HNC or Construction related Qualification and hold a relevant driving licence and would like to discuss this vacancy, please do apply!
