As a Project Technician, you'll play a key role in building and supporting custom environments that drive secure, efficient access at global events. Configure proprietary software to build custom event portals and access control setups Support clients on-site and remotely with both hardware and software solutions Respond to and implement bespoke client requests and configurations Maintain project records and workflows using Jira Travel internationally to deliver on-site support and training during live events Your Experience This role suits someone with a passion for technology and events, who’s confident working directly with clients and thrives in fast-changing environments. A blend of technical ability, customer service, and adaptability is key.
