Program Manager Defence & Aerospace Fully onsite – Gloucester – 4 day working week (37.5hr) Security Clearance: DV (Developed Vetting) required! The Opportunity: The World’s leading Aerospace and Defence Company seeks an influential Program Manager with DV Clearance to support complex National Security and Central Intelligence programmes. The Role: As a Program Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of intricate, classified defense programs spanning cyber, ISR, and next-generation intelligence systems. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring commercial viability, managing risks, and maintaining strong stakeholder engagement within dynamic mission environments. Key Requirements: • British National with active Developed Vetting (DV) Clearance and willingness to obtain enhanced DV Clearance. • Established success in delivering complex defense or intelligence programs • In-depth understanding of UKIC/MoD stakeholder landscapes and operational challenges • Strong expertise in systems engineering and software development lifecycles within classified environments • Proven ability in contract negotiation, risk management, and financial governance • Skilled in EVM, PRINCE2, MSP, or comparable project management frameworks • Confident in stakeholder engagement, from technical teams to C-suite executives and government clients • Experience with hybrid Agile/Waterfall delivery methodologies Benefits Package: • Base Salary: Up to £85,000 • Bonus: Up to 10% based on individual performance • Flexible Working: Options for a 4-day workweek • Pension: Employer contribution up to 10%, matching employee contributions up to 5% • Health & Wellbeing: Private medical insurance • Annual Leave: 25 days holiday per year, plus public holidays • Learning & Development: Excellent training and certification opportunities, along with an annual salary review To hear more about the Program Manager opportunity, get in touch with Connor Smyth at Anson McCade on 020 7780 6706.
